Many steel and aluminium bottles are lined with plastic which defeats the purpose of owning a steel bottle. Many metal bottles, including stainless steel bottles have an aluminium thread which means your mouth and water are in direct contact with a known hazard. What makes this worse is that the thread is continuously scratched as you open and close the lid thereby increasing the risk of further aluminium contamination.

All Safe-T-Bottle stainless steel bottles are made from surgical grade 304 stainless steel. They contain no plastic lining, aluminium, bisphenol-a, phthalates, plasticizers or polycarbonate. They are safe, ultralight and incredibly robust. Includes two caps (1 loop and 1 sports).
